Chocolate does not like the heat! We cannot guarantee product integrity in hot conditions. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or replacements for damaged or melted chocolate.
Free shipping on all orders over $180 incl GST.
$25 Standard Shipping Fee for orders under $180 incl GST.
$40 Premium Shipping Fee is available for orders, which will include insulation and express shipping.

Express Post Shipping
We recommend choosing Express Post for quicker deliveries. You can opt for express post shipping during checkout, by selecting the Premium Shipping Fee. Please visit the Australia Post website for a list of delivery postcodes in the Express Post Network by clicking here
International Delivery
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within Australia. With lengthy transit periods, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the product. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Standard Delivery Times
Our Online Team process and dispatch orders on Mondays and Thursdays
(additional days during busy Easter and Christmas periods). The Margaret River Chocolate Company sends standard delivery orders by Australia Post Parcel Post, and premium delivery orders by Australia Post Express Post.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive notification with the tracking number for your delivery. Please enter this number into the Australia Post ‘Track My Item’ tool here: http://auspost.com.au/track/

The Margaret River Chocolate Company strives to deliver its on-line orders in good condition and while we take no responsibility for damaged or melted goods, we do all we can to avoid this happening.
The Margaret River Chocolate Company highly recommends that you supply a business address or post office box where possible. The delivery driver will need to obtain a signature, or leave a card if you are not in attendance, advising that the parcel is awaiting collection at the local Post Office.
Returns
- MRCC cannot exchange goods or refund purchases due to their perishable nature unless an incorrect order has been dispatched. MRCC must be notified of a valid request for a refund within 2 days of delivery. Refunds are made at our discretion.
- If you change your mind and cancel your order after payment has been processed, but before the goods have been dispatched, payment may be refunded but a handing fee of $50 will be charged.
Loss and Damage
- All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once goods are dispatched.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to trace the parcel.
- MRCC cannot accept liability for any loss or damage due to late delivery.
- Australian Post will do their best to handle your order with care. However, given the perishable and fragile nature of your order and the fact that they don’t have a fragile parcel service; Australia Post cannot take responsibility for products that may be affected by temperatures, and for deliveries that haven’t met their delivery service standards.
Delivery Address
- It is the responsibility of the sender to provide correct delivery address information.
- Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods or undelivered goods without compensation.
- We accept no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods.
