Tastes good but is very clumpy and hard to melt even in boiling water.

Tastes good and comes out really thick. I make mine in a hot choc frother that heats and stirs the milk at the same time which may overcome the issues in the previous review

Great tasting but takes a bit of effort to make, i put in tablespoon or 2 in a big mug and add some milk and mix until its a wet paste then add boiling water and mix in

The chocolate drink is sweet despite no added sugar. Is it the natural sweetness from the cacao
    Thank you

Even contacting company for advice did not work. No matter what I did the powder clumped and was slimy. Could not get it to dissolve despite whisking while adding hot water. Strained it but too sweet also. Will never purchased again and definitely not recommend.

Every sugar-free hot chocolate I’ve looked at is still sweetened. Stivia seems to be the latest. Not only is it too sweet but it has a metallic taste to it too. Awful sickly stuff and so wrong to sneak it into everything to claim sugar-free. Could you confirm what you have put in your chocolate to sweeten it?
