Instant Chocolate Mousse

Dessert has never been easier to make. Our Instant Chocolate Mousse will be a hit with the entire family this Christmas! Here’s how to make it:

You will need:

  • Our Instant Mousse Powder
  • 500ml of chilled Cream
  • Whipped Cream and fruits for dressing

Method:

  1. Add 250g of Mousse Powder to 500ml of chilled cream into a mixing bowl
  2. Mix on low speed with a hand mixer for 1 minute, scrape down sides of the bowl and mix on high for 2-3 minutes
  3. Pour into dessert dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving
