Instant Chocolate Mousse
Dessert has never been easier to make. Our Instant Chocolate Mousse will be a hit with the entire family this Christmas! Here’s how to make it:
You will need:
- Our Instant Mousse Powder
- 500ml of chilled Cream
- Whipped Cream and fruits for dressing
Method:
- Add 250g of Mousse Powder to 500ml of chilled cream into a mixing bowl
- Mix on low speed with a hand mixer for 1 minute, scrape down sides of the bowl and mix on high for 2-3 minutes
- Pour into dessert dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving
