A tin of this Aztec spice chocolate was sitting in the pantry from years ago and I was too chicken to try it. Recently I read a very cute childrens book called The Dragon with a Chocolate Heart which sang the praises of a spicy chocolate, and decided to take the plunge. No regrets, the blend of spices is lovely! Can be lumpy when just dumped in hot milk, I think it would be best mixed on the stovetop for optimal smoothness. (Pro tip: Read the aforementioned story before drinking to enhance the experience.)
